Beta Phi Mu, the international library and information studies honor society, will be holding its annual business meeting and membership reception on Friday, June 24, 2022 from 4:00-5:30 PM at the Marriott Marquis Hotel (Headquarters Hotel), Archives room, in conjunction with the American Library Association Annual Conference in Washington, DC. This event is Beta Phi Mu's annual membership meeting and networking event, and also serves as an opportunity for new Beta Phi Mu members to participate in an initiation ceremony if they were unable to attend one at their home institution.

Sponsorship At this time, I would like to ask for your institution's sponsorship for this event. We expect more than one hundred Beta Phi Mu members and friends to join us for this special occasion. Your gift will show your support of the "best and brightest" in the LIS profession, remind your alumni of your contribution to their success, and serve as a connection to alumni living at a distance from your institution.
