2023 Beta Phi Mu Annual Meeting
Beta Phi Mu, the international library and information studies honor society, will be holding its annual business meeting and membership reception on Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 2:30-5:00pm in conjunction with the American Library Association Annual Conference in Chicago. This event is Beta Phi Mu’s annual membership meeting and networking event, and also serves as an opportunity for new Beta Phi Mu members to participate in an initiation ceremony if they were unable to attend one at their home institution. At this year’s event we will also be celebrating our organization’s 75th anniversary.

Sponsorship Opportunity
At this time, I would like to ask for your institution’s sponsorship for this event. We expect more than one hundred Beta Phi Mu members and friends to join us for this special occasion. Your gift will show your support of the “best and brightest” in the LIS profession, remind your alumni of your contribution to their success, and serve as a connection to alumni living at a distance from your institution. All sponsors will be acknowledged on the Beta Phi Mu website, listed in the event program, and thanked from the podium at our business meeting. You may also send branded “giveaways” for distribution at this event. This year our sponsorship levels are: DIAMOND ($500), PLATINUM ($300), GOLD ($200), and SILVER ($100). Your sponsorship contribution may be made in the form of a check payable to “Beta Phi Mu” and sent to our headquarters office in Florida (address above), or contact us by email at [email protected] to arrange for credit card payment by June 2, 2023.
